Tierra Kavanaugh Wayne, Founder • 1975-2020
In 2006 Tierra Kavanaugh (Turner) Wayne, an experienced sales executive, and former Executive Director of Kentucky’s Office for Minority Empowerment took a leap of faith and started TKT & Associates. Her vision was to assist other minority and women-owned businesses grow and be a resource to help this underserved population of talented entrepreneurs fuel their dreams. It wasn’t easy for Tierra as she fought to be seen and heard in a male dominated arena, but her drive, determination, tenacity, and passion kept her going. Today, TKT & Associates is an industry leader working to promote and elevate a diverse and inclusive workforce. At TKT & Associates we honor Tierra’s legacy every day as we expand and build upon on her unique and innovative vision.
